| Hi!,
I have just found your site, and thought I would say Hi!
Im Huxley, (with the blue dreads) and I have been pegging people for around 3 years!
I Paint Henna and Jagua Tempoary Tattoos at many of the uk Festivals.
I wanted to just show my admiration for your pegs.
was the last time you did this back in 94???
I have met a few people in the past few months that have also been doing the same
sort of thing, either to promote thier company, or website.
I first saw pegging in a Jugging video from '97 where plain pegs were used.
I felt this could be friendlier, by adding a website, ie:- peg, take a photo, upload it
onto the peg community site, then when the pegged person finds the peg, and
goes to the site, the can find out who, when, where etc.
We stealthely pegged around 2000 people last festival season, though only about 1000 this year.
However, each group seems to have thier own twist, RedMutha.com spraypaint thier pegs,
and when you have a few thousand to do.. I tottally get why!!! lol
Sea2Summit.co.uk have hand painted waves and a ref number for a free competition.
Blue at Glastonbury stamps his pegs with an ink stamper.
But since I started.. ALL of mine have Googley Eyes! (most with 3D paint, many with
glow in the dark parts, some with spikes, some with horns, some with wings and
even some with my own blue dreads!)
I have even been getting into bespoke one off animal pegs (my Shark and Ninas Crock
are truely amazing) and were also looking at running peg making workshops for kids.
